Begin your day early by climbing the world-famous Sigiriya Rock Fortress, a 5th-century marvel featuring landscaped royal gardens, ancient frescoes, and breathtaking views from the summit. After descending, take a short hike to Pidurangala Rock, a natural viewpoint that offers stunning views of Sigiriya and the surrounding forest canopy.

In the afternoon, you’ll continue your journey to Dambulla, where you’ll check in to your hotel and relax. Optional stops along the way include local craft shops or spice gardens.

Continue to Kandy, Sri Lanka’s hill capital. Visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic (Sri Dalada Maligawa), a revered Buddhist temple with centuries of spiritual significance. Enjoy a relaxing walk around Kandy Lake or visit the local markets for shopping.
